Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
