O’Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) and Client Reporting Specialist to enhance communication and service delivery to clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, along with experience in asset management and client reporting

Job Summary

  • The Request for Proposal (RFP) and Client Reporting Specialist will work with the OSAM sales team and subject matter experts to communicate information accurately and effectively regarding our firm and strategies to clients, consultants and prospects.
  • Responsibilities include the accurate and timely fulfillment of monthly and quarterly client reporting, and leading the process for completing all new business Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • The role requires a BA/BS degree, 2-4 years of experience in asset management or proposal completion, strong writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
