Job Summary
Lead the development, planning, communication, compliance, and administration of all benefits and well-being programs, demonstrating creativity and thought leadership.
Partner with leadership to define, develop, communicate, and execute a competitive strategy for employee benefit programs, well-being benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off programs.
Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and carriers, monitoring service levels, costs, and utilization to ensure positive employee experience and value to the organization.

Key Requirements
8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years leadership experience
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) highly preferred
Experience with large healthcare, senior living or non-profit preferred
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and well-being program experience
Thorough understanding of benefit and wellness plan design and management
Experience with implementation and communication of employee benefit and wellbeing programs
Proven history of influencing senior leadership
Experience in leading large-scale projects with heavy change management
Demonstrated experience building and coaching a high performing team
Ability to work with confidential information with high levels of discretion
Thorough knowledge of State and Federal wage and hours laws
