The Country Medical Lead is accountable for developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria to ensure proper execution of medical plans.
This role involves leading a team to enhance regulatory approval, customer access, and adoption of Omnipod products through robust country launch plans and evidence generation.
The position requires frequent travel (approximately 40%) within the DACH region and internationally to attend conferences, conduct medical education events, and participate in internal meetings.
