Job Summary
The QBMP oversees the implementation of the IBSP and collaborates with the Administrator, providing supervision as per BACB guidelines.
The QBMP will utilize best practices when conducting FBA and developing IBSPs, employing a variety of empirically validated teaching strategies.
The QBMP is responsible for interfacing with the BCBA Director to ensure clinical needs are met and will take an active role in interviewing and hiring RBTs and Lead RBTs.
