Salary
Base: $125,000.00–$165,000.00 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Bonus opportunities and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available; Benefits: Matching 401k, Flexible Spending, Health Savings Accounts, and comprehensive insurance coverage

7+ years in procurement
US Government contracting experience
Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR DFARS knowledge
Internal and external audit leadership
Price/cost analysis and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in relevant field
Supply Chain Professional Certificate
Experience in multicultural geographically dispersed environments
Strong ERP and procurement software proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations
7+ years procurement experience with US Government contracting
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS in aerospace/defense manufacturing
Proven capability in working collaboratively within multicultural environments
