Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12+ years SOX 404 and audit experience
  • 5+ years Financial Controls & Compliance experience
  • Knowledge of PCAOB standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred Finance or Accounting degree
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (CA/CPA/CIA/ACCA) preferred
