Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Machining Technology, Composites Manufacturing or equivalent
  • Prior Aircraft Engines or composites operations experience
  • Prior experience with composite hardware layup and machining
  • Prior Lean/Six Sigma training and experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
