The role covers corporate reputation, public relations, and government affairs, including developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s reputation, shaping policy change, managing stakeholder relationships—especially within the Ministry of Health (MOH ) ecosystem and patient groups—and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Political Science, Health Policy, Medical Degree or medical-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare
Direct exposure to the MOH ecosystem and stakeholder navigation
Experience working with the Ministry of Health Malaysia is preferred
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment, particularly in oncology
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Experience in crisis management and handling media and external inquiries
