Must-have

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred over ADN
  • Experience with managed care pre-certification
  • Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of psychiatric medications
  • Ability to work night shifts

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited school of nursing
  • Valid current RN license from state or compact state
  • One or more years experience in mental health admissions
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
  • First aid certification may be required
