This is primarily an on-site role in San Antonio with the opportunity for a hybrid option after establishing a partnership with the client.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years cost management experience
Large-scale data center construction knowledge
Change order estimation and negotiation
Post-contract cost variance management
Proficiency in Procore or similar software
Nice-to-have
PQS or MRICS accreditation preferred
Experience with cloud services projects
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of SOX control responsibilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
6+ years of experience in cost management and quantity surveying
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
