  • This position will support the Classical/Non-Malignant Hematology Clinic at LCI Main and will provide direct patient care clinical pharmacy services to patients with non-malignant hematologic conditions.
  • Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens.

  • PGY-2 in Oncology or Thrombosis/Hemostasis preferred
  • PGY-1 residency with experience in hematology preferred
  • Board Certification in Oncology or Pharmacotherapy preferred
