This role serves as a strategic partner guiding customers through workflow redesign and process optimization to unlock the full value of AI-powered CLM.
The team is united in a mission to help customers realize meaningful value from Workday's emerging, high-impact products using a consistent Customer Success framework.
Candidates will be expected to develop deep expertise in Workday CLM capabilities and independently manage a portfolio of customers with clear success plans within their first 3-6 months.

Salary
Base: $95,000 - $142,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements
