Job Summary

  • The Executive Director provides strategic and technical leadership for the Microbiology Network across multiple global sites including Rahway, NJ; West Point, PA; and Schachen, Switzerland.
  • This role is accountable for overseeing GMP release, stability activities, environmental monitoring, and supporting regulatory filings such as INDs, NDAs, and BLAs for small molecule, biologics, and vaccine candidates.
  • The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately sixty scientists while ensuring robust product development, regulatory compliance, and successful commercialization through effective cross-functional partnerships.
