The Principal Statistical Programmer will provide full end-to-end statistical programming support across clinical development programs from study setup through submission.
This role requires deep technical expertise to lead the development and validation of SDTM, ADaM datasets, and regulatory submission deliverables like define.xml.
As a subject matter expert, the incumbent will ensure high-quality deliverables while serving as a principal-level programmer providing technical leadership to the team.

Base: $98,200.00 - $273,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Dependent on position; Benefits: Health and welfare and/or other benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Expert proficiency in base SAS and Advanced SAS
Hands-on experience with SDTM and ADaM datasets
Deep knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory guidelines
Proven ability to manage complex studies independently
Experience with Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLF) development
Nice-to-have
Leadership and technical guidance for other programmers
Contribution to programming standards and best practices
Collaboration with Biostatistics and Data Management teams
Ability to propose efficient compliant solutions proactively
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences
Extensive experience as a statistical programmer with demonstrated Principal-level responsibilities
