Must-have
Current IL RN license required
AHA CPR certification mandatory
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Evidence-based practice application

BSN degree preferred over ADN
Experience with orthopedic or spine patients
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Compassionate patient dialogue abilities
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current Illinois RN license
BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with enrollment agreement
Certification within one year for experienced nurses
