The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with federal and state standards.
The role requires administering medications, maintaining detailed medical documentation, and ensuring all personnel comply with established policies and procedures for patient safety.
Candidates must possess an active LPN/LVN license and demonstrate the ability to lead staff, manage care plans, and participate in facility surveys and quality assurance initiatives.
