Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years progressive IT/OT experience
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration)
• Experience with GxP regulated environments preferred
• Understanding of OT concepts like SCADA, PLCs, and Purdue Model
