The Wilmington Convention Center is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage services, including banquets, meetings, and concessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency
Job Summary
Manage all food and beverage services for the facility, to include services in support of banquets, meetings, bars, and concessions.
Hires and trains all Servers, Cashiers, Bartenders, and Captains, and conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff.
