The HR Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, ensuring alignment with the Company’s goals and compliance with local employment regulations. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations, while acting as a key HR person to management and employees. Strategic HR Management Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Work closely with management to provide HR advisory support on employee disciplinary matters, manpower planning and performance management. Drive HR projects and initiatives from HQ to local level. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Assist team members with recruitment activities to attract, hire, and retain top talent within manpower quotas. Ensure smooth onboarding locally, induction, and assimilation processes for new employees. Collaborate with agencies or sub-contractors to manage quotas, work pass matters, and manpower supply. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with local labor laws. Develop employee engagement programmes, welfare initiatives, and communication platforms to enhance morale and retention. Performance Management & Development Assist training team with identifying training needs, design training plans, and oversee employee development initiatives. Guide department managers in addressing underperformance issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Compensation & Benefits Administer and review compensation, allowances, bonuses, and incentives to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Oversee payroll accuracy in collaboration with Finance and Payroll team. Ensure statutory compliance with CPF, IR21, IR8A, leave entitlements, and other MOM requirements. Work closely with insurance agents to perform employee movements and yearly renewals. HR Operations & Compliance
