  • The Mechanical Coach Crushing will coach and develop FQM-Kansanshi Process Plant Artisans; enhancing their technical skills and on the job behavior's to achieve a culture of high quality work and efficiency in the department.
  • This role requires the delivery of a continuous assessment processes to enable Artisans to understand their progress.
  • The coach will lead with a People First mindset and raise learner’s aspirations through their passion for the subject and method of interaction.
