The ideal candidate should possess extensive engineering experience, particularly in component design and validation, and demonstrate strong communication and project management skills

Job Summary

  • The position is accountable for leading the development and validation of core engine components (Crankshafts, Connecting Rod, Bearing, Flywheel, Dampers, Gears, etc..) and systems in support of New Source Introduction (NSI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Key Requirements

  • Previous working knowledge of NSI, NPI and CPI process
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot component failures
