Job Summary

  • The AIG Online team is responsible for providing assistance and quick service to the brokers using the AIG Online platform so that their user experience is excellent and therefore freeing up time for underwriters to concentrate on complex submissions.
  • You are responsible for the AIG Online platform that is used for brokers. This means that you are the single point of contact for all questions that brokers have (via call and email).
  • At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
