Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience
  • Drug screen collection preferred
  • Ability to perform all testing required at satellite locations
  • Phlebotomy Technician Certification through NHA preferred
  • CLA Certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Knowledge of laboratory requirements
  • Skills in phlebotomy techniques with adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
  • Computer/data entry skills
  • Phone etiquette skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
