Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Lead cybersecurity assurance engagements
  • Deep understanding of NIST CSF and ISO 27001
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Azure or GCP
  • Proven ability to present to C-suite executives
  • Experience mentoring junior team members

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with AI security frameworks like NIST AI RMF
  • Knowledge of Canada's AIDA and OSFI regulations
  • Experience with prompt injection testing
  • Championing automation and AI tools in engagements
  • Strong project management discipline

Key Requirements

  • Progressive hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting
  • Audit & Assurance credentials (CISA, CRISC, or CISM)
  • Security Management credentials (CISSP or CCSP)
  • Substantive AI security expertise with GenAI engagement experience
  • Degree in related field preferred
