Perform tailored patent analyses and landscapes for various global business needs and play a key role in IP risk mitigation.
Maintain close contact with the global IP & licensing team and other stakeholders, reporting directly to the IP strategy lead in Finland.
Requires a B.Sc. in chemistry, materials science, physics, or semiconductor engineering, a J.D., and 3-6 years of legal experience supporting U.S. patent litigation.

Key Requirements
B.Sc. required, M.Sc. preferred degree in chemistry, materials science, physics or other relevant semiconductor engineering discipline
J.D, active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar and eligibility to obtain in-house registration in Arizona
3-6 years of legal experience supporting U.S. patent litigation
