This intern role provides support to the planning & forecasting analyst or finance controller in preparing annual and monthly forecasts.
The position involves creating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market.
Candidates will be responsible for executing internal controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework and ensuring compliance with hub policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Ability to perform variance and analytical analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SAP or BISON financial systems
Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Effective stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently in a team
Key Requirements
