Job Summary

  • This role is primarily responsible for Deployment, Supplier Enablement, Stakeholder management, Catalog Support, grief resolution along with developing and testing Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases in the Americas Region for Caterpillar Indirect Procurement systems.
  • The position will help support the internal Indirect Procurement organization as well as key stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on Coupa expertise, managing and supporting core procurement application workflows and background in ERP systems.
