The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include reporting changes in resident condition, maintaining resident comfort, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring resident safety.
This role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
