The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Dutch Law, experience in a legal or regulatory role, and strong communication skills
Job Summary
Oversee the application, surrender, audit and management of licenses, with emphasis on licensing processes with Dutch media regulator CvdM.
Manage reporting cycles required by the CvdM (e.g., EU quota, prominence, access services), coordinating with internal departments and submitting final reports.
Stay informed about regulatory developments, advising the business on new obligations and supporting public affairs activities with government and industry stakeholders.
