Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, psychology, social work or theological studies/pastoral ministry
  • 3 years Post-Master's work experience
  • 2 years Health care services setting
  • 1 year Experience providing grief counseling to children and families
  • 1 year Experience in interpersonal communications, group process development and facilitation
  • Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License or equivalent
