The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected violations or abuse immediately.
This role requires cooperation with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs and involves assisting residents with daily functions and mobility.
