Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, and assisting residents with daily living activities.
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
