Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical science, Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical regulations and documentation, process optimization, and quality control systems
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software tools
Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt/ Green Belt or higher (Preferred)
ISO 9001 Quality Management certification (Preferred)
NVQ Level 05 06 or above (Preferred)
Possession of a valid Pharmacist License approved by the Medical Council (Preferred)
