The Maintenance department ensures the availability and reliability of our semi- and fully automated packaging, labeling, and assembly equipment within our production facility.
As Maintenance Manager, you lead, mentor, and develop a team of Shift Leads and Maintenance Technicians (roughly 10 direct reports).

7 – 10 years experience as a people manager

Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., GMP)
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo
