  • This position offers a competitive salary range from $176,600 to $294,300, eligibility for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan bonus target of 20%, share-based long term incentives, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with matching contributions and health coverage.
  • The role requires travel of 15-20%, hybrid work with on-site presence approximately 2.5 days per week, and permanent work authorization in the United States.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • PhD/PharmD with minimum 7 years experience or MS with minimum 8 years experience preferred
  • Oncology experience
  • Permanent US work authorization required
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical/biotech or agency Medical Communications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in regulated environment
