Job Summary

  • Home Base is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds for Veterans, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen.
  • This role will collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • The position will support services, working primarily in the two-week Intensive Clinical Program (ICP) and should have the desire to conduct group therapy.
