This role involves acting as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding to fires, accidents, safety concerns, and medical assistance calls, including providing First Aid and CPR.
Key responsibilities include investigating violations, monitoring surveillance, handling guest complaints, and maintaining security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
