You will support and mentor more junior Product Designers while contributing new approaches and innovations including the utilization of emerging technologies such as AI.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lead product design across multiple products
Proficient with Figma and AI-assisted prototyping
Experience designing data-rich interfaces
Strong knowledge of UX disciplines and service design
Ability to influence without authority
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
Prior experience in enterprise global company culture
Experience creating user-centered design for B2B & B2C
Ability to translate web analytics into design guidelines
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in visual design, interaction design, HCI, psychology, or related disciplines
Proven track record leading end-to-end design on complex multi-stakeholder products
Prior experience developing a design-centric working culture in an enterprise level global company
