  • Responsibilities include demonstrating a hands-on approach to all bakery products, ensuring recipes are accurate, and preparing proper levels of items based on forecasted needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a pastry degree or apprenticeship with 2-3 years of cooking experience, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions for a sports and entertainment venue.
