The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of the Director of Health & Wellness while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing changes in their condition, and escalating medical emergencies as appropriate.
Candidates must possess a graduate certificate from a Health Care Aide program with minimum 500 hours of theory and practicum in Ontario or Alberta.
