Job Summary
Assist in structuring, development and implementation of new products for Apollo’s credit platform, including commingled funds, funds-of-one and separately managed accounts.
Collaborate with internal and external legal, finance, operations and tax teams in the evaluation of feasibility, profitability, structuring and formation of new or restructured investment vehicles.
Support senior members of the team, sales professionals and product professionals in the capital raising process, with investor negotiations and investor onboarding.
