Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
  • 7+ years engaged in HR, Management, Labor Relations, Compliance or Legal
  • Experience conducting investigations
  • Experience working with hourly and salaried employees
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor law
