Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years in sourcing/supply chain management
At least 3 years in Packaging buying leadership role
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to lead and develop global teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
