Impact is seeking a Systems Analyst to oversee the health and optimization of their FreshWorks technology stack, particularly FreshDesk and FreshChat, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business operations. Job Summary

  • You will own the day-to-day health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the systems that power how we work, most critically our FreshWorks implementation.
  • You will spend your time across systems administration and optimization, cross-functional process design, and data partnership to ensure clean, well-structured, and reliable data.
  • We offer a generous parental leave policy, 26 weeks of fully paid leave for the primary caregiver and 13 weeks fully paid leave for the secondary caregiver.
