Salary

Base: $65,000.00 - $104,650.00; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience with cable assemblies, connector design, and electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with GD&T, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting
