Must-have
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Use of calipers and optical comparators
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Knowledge of sampling plans
Experience with Oracle system support
Nice-to-have
Understanding of GD&T principles
Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO13485 standards
Problem-solving for continuous improvement
Ability to train other personnel
Bilingual communication skills preferred
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience preferred
Associate degree may substitute for experience
Spanish and English communication skills preferred
