Job Summary

  • As New Product & Technology Introduction (NPI & NTI) Leader for the Rivalta Plant, you will act as a key interface between Engineering, Supply Chain and customer-facing teams, with a strong focus on product and manufacturing readiness, flawless execution and on-time delivery.
  • You will manage NPI from the initial costing phase (cost estimation, variable cost and P&E) through to production launch, ensuring a robust industrial process aligned with product requirements and program milestones.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering
  • Several years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Program Management
  • Experience in Project Management and management of structured working teams
  • Ability to set and monitor multiple priorities
  • Fluent English and Italian, oral and written
