4+ years Software Asset Management SAM Pro
ServiceNow CMDB data management expertise
IBM License Metric Tool knowledge
Power BI dashboard creation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in decentralized large organizations
Background in highly regulated banking industries
HAM Pro configuration experience
ITIL certification preferred
Federated partnership collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 8-10 years total experience in ServiceNow ITAM
Minimum 4+ years specific experience in Software Asset Management
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
