Responsible for managing design document receipt, review, and distribution, attending site visits, and ensuring estimates are complete, accurate, and well-supported by current pricing data.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
5+ years of applicable construction experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Familiarity with HCSS or similar estimating software preferred
